We are specialists in designing and producing punched or punched-and-formed parts that are ready for manufacture. This includes designing and constructing the tools necessary for the work. We have four factories where our experts turn your design requests into reality. Our equipment includes more than 50 automated machines for punching and bending, 6 dedicated punching installations, and additional pieces of equipment which can be incorporated into the process for machining threads, for assembly, laser welding, vibratory finishing, polishing and heat treatment. Vertical integration of manufacturing capacity at BKM is very extensive, meaning that we can carry out all core procedures bar none in-house for the manufacture of both tools and components.
Flexibility and functionality
We are ideally set up to produce any quantities required by our clients. Our BIHLER BNC manufacturing systems for punching and bending, provides us with the necessary technical ability to have the perfect set-up to produce small and medium-sized runs. Our flexibility in the efficient equipping of machinery, even for complicated parts, enables us to implement procedures for the unit quantities mentioned in ways that are rational, and therefore economical. We still perform long production runs on punching and bending machines using reference curve control, most of which are monitored by cameras, and which can, if required, be configured to operate 24/7 with automatic equipment for changing magazines.
